Created bespoke direct mail campaign for product launch, connecting with executive decision-makers at top target accounts and moving deal pipeline forward.
Challenge: With a big product launch on the horizon, we needed to generate buzz for the new products that expanded our initial entry into the employee experience space. The launch centered around three key products: talent management, employee well-being, and employee service. We needed to provide our top target customers with a thoughtful, attention-grabbing campaign that would pique their interest and give our account teams a reason to reach out and discuss the launch.
Solution: Targeting IT and HR leaders at our top fifty target accounts, we designed a direct mail campaign gifting our executive decision-makers with high-end wellness kits. These kits spoke to the core product attributes of employee well-being. An investment in employee well-being allows teams to do their best work, ultimately resulting in better business performance. Each gift included a designed card that highlighted key attributes of our brand-new innovations in talent, well-being, and employee service. Then, we encouraged customers to visit the product page to learn more and provided our sales teams with a reason to reach out and discuss the new product.
