Designed a high-touch executive experience for our top closing event of the year, accelerating deals and providing account teams with relationship-advancing opportunities.
Challenge: Dreamforce, Salesforce’s massive annual conference, is a critical closing event for top deals. After leading a year-long account nurture program, we planned to roll out the red carpet for our top deals attending Dreamforce. Executive decision-makers needed to feel like VIPs, and account teams needed to continue advancing relationships to close big deals.
Solution: By building a tiered executive experience, we were able to touch all high-priority customers and provide the right level of deal engagement. All customers were invited to an exclusive meeting space with complimentary food and drink, comfortable networking areas, and formal meeting spaces. The space was branded to emphasize our top products and giving-back initiatives. We provided complimentary conference passes to the next tier of customers and created a bespoke experience for our top tier of customers. The top tier received car service, VIP concert tickets, and an executive dinner with product and sales executives. This dynamic mix of engagements left our customers feeling valued and provided our account teams with ample opportunity to build relationships and advance key deals.
