Led messaging and positioning strategy for Financial Services product and industry keynote, uniting three verticals. Built buzz and announced exciting product releases and strategic partnerships with industry-leading brands. 

Challenge: For the Dreamforce 2022 Financial Services Keynote, we brought together three industry verticals with disparate goals and buyer challenges to tell one cohesive, dynamic story that would compel our customers to buy. Critical product releases across all verticals had to be announced, along with high-profile strategic partnerships with companies like Fidelity and Charles Schwab. While accomplishing all this, it was critical to keep our audience engaged…and to fit it all into forty minutes.

Solution: By working with product executives, we prioritized the top releases that needed airtime in the keynote and crafted a story that met the goals of each industry vertical. We rallied around a common theme, Secure Customers for Life. We united the goals of each industry by emphasizing why all companies needed to deliver excellent customer service while cost-cutting in the current economic environment. We then showed our audience how Salesforce accomplishes this with product announcements, demos, and marquee customer conversations including JP Morgan, AAA, and Standard Bank. Finally, we gave back to the community with a charitable donation and a conversation with NBA Champion Andre Iguodala about his efforts to bring financial literacy to underserved communities.
