Led global kickoff that brought together sales, customer success, and product teams for two weeks of live interactive content. Tailored sessions to a wide range of technical aptitudes.


Challenge: Disparate teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas were coming together to kick off the new fiscal year with energy and enthusiasm. To represent the global presence and stay within budget, kickoff would be fully remote. At the same time, we needed to engage our audience with dynamic content that would both entertain and inform. Attendees, including sales and customer service teams, had significantly different technical aptitudes and needed to understand our product portfolio at different depths. And, to increase relevance we wanted to add bring an industry perspective to represent our top industries.

Solution: We structured two weeks of kickoff content to be aired live in local time zone with on-demand viewing available. In order to accommodate different knowledge levels, all participants joined the “101-level” introductory session which served as a complete education for less technical folks. Then, our more advanced teams continued to a “201-level” technical deep dive with more product knowledge. We accomplished this without Product Marketers having to design and deliver multiple content tracks. A fun vintage video game theme informed our branding, interactive competitions, and sessions, keeping attendees engaged throughout.
