Created new flagship series, SE Demo Days, to fill a gap in technical enablement programming. Increased technical knowledge for solution engineers globally and developed new product advocates to generate revenue.


Challenge: Our global Solution Engineer team covered a broad range of products but had inconsistent knowledge of our specific product family. They had the potential to be business multipliers for our product family and we needed to tap into that potential. As technical experts, they could facilitate discovery and surface our products to solve customer pain points. But, we needed a way to increase their technical fluency at scale. 

Solution: These highly technical teams were hungry for more in-depth technical content. They wanted more product details and found most enablement to be too high-level, leaving them with knowledge gaps. We solved this by bringing together technical architects and product managers for a series of robust, two-part enablement sessions. Solution Engineers left with the knowledge they needed, the ability to confidently demo our products, and ample space to get every question answered. As a result, they were confident discussing our products with customers and became our biggest product advocates.
